I would like to workout a program that would allow Americans the opportunity to have healthcare that does not stop anyone’s ability to use the doctor of their choice, or dictate the cost medical professionals can charge clients for there services. Fight so Americans that have their own healthcare program now! Don’t end up with a program that's less then they already have. No one plan created by government will work for everyone. However we should be able to work out a plan to cover children up to eighteen years of age, and adults out of work or retired. It should be up to the individual’s choice if they want coverage or not!

Encourage Energy Independency
Bill Fisher would like to see new refineries, nuclear, solar, wind, and cost effective alternatives that work. Not all global warming is man made. Our planets weather is mostly dictated by the sun above, and the planets internal heat below. Programs such as Cap & Trade will place excessive burdens on American industry that will cripple our economy and limit our ability to compete on a globe scale. America is the Saudi Arabia of coal, and that industry has saved America more then once. Coal can also be turned into fuel to power Americas growing energy needs. Introduce a Mold Bill
Get a Bill passed that will address Indoor Air Quality in homes, and the work place. We need to set a mold spore exposure levels to reduce illness in humans. Mold has been used as a biological weapon for war. We know the types of molds that can greatly affect humans. There is no reason why the United States of America can’t set a Federal Standard to protect children and adults. At high levels it can be as dangerous as Asbestos under prolonged exposure and can kill. Mold is the world’s largest biomass however for housing & the work place we should have some acceptable standard to insure public safety. Secure Our U.S. Borders
Protect Americans, and their jobs. Bill Fisher would like to see legislation passed that will give local law enforcement the ability to pick-up, and deport those entering the country illegally. Those who illegally enter into our country will get deported on their first offence. The second offence should be one year at hard labor without compensation. Smaller Government
The key is reducing the federal budget. We can not keep expending government by adding so call czars, and allowing wasteful spending. Term Limits
We need term limits in Washington now more then ever. It’s not right by any means for a Congressman or Senator to serve for decades because they happen to live in a small district loaded with cash and in bed with lobbyist getting re-elected year after year. The President can only run for two four year terms for a total of eight years before stepping aside. The same should hold true for all Congressman, and Senators. Chinese Drywall
A lot of products currently shipped into the United States are contaminated with many hazardous chemicals. Lead Paint on toys, as well as dangerous chemicals in everything from tooth past to dog food. If you have a chemical waste problem in your country and you’re really don’t care where it ends up ship it away in drywall. Drywall is made from gypsum and that is a byproduct of the phosphate industry (fertilizer). You can add your toxic chemical waste into the matrix of the drywall and ship it off. Contaminated drywall replacement and damages caused by its installation should be charged back to the manufacturer and country of origin! That includes materials, medical cost, and labor for replacement. We need to have better oversight of products shipped into the United States.
